Brand-new hotel, staff were brilliantly friendly and the location was ideal close to the old town. Cozy a twin room with the extra bed and chocolates, for instance. Gros district was worth staying in. We both loved the food; it was good and had lots of options.

Excellent value for money, the room was light and attractive. Excellent view of garden. Try hot dishes served at the in-house restaurant. Local beach nearby, that was what I enjoyed. Also, I was 15 minutes by walk from a Gothic - style church. The service was all in all nice.

excellent value for money in a good modern hotel. plenty of supplies in the room : climate control, wifi and terrace. there was a beautiful garden in the venue the beach was good. again, it was 1 mile from kursaal.

The hotel was tidy and the staff and drinks were amazing! I greatly enjoyed an elegant decor and stylish furniture. The staff did all they can for a good stay.

we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. planned to see san sebastian major attractions and it was nice place for visiting all of them. the airport is 20 km away.

We liked Arrizul Congress. Location was great, just 1 km to old town. Good breakfast. The bed was comfy. Free Wi Fi was available too...
